At SeaHound, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
  •  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
  • Standard Shipping: [3-8] business days
  • Express Shipping: [1-3] business days
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of our service areas.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If your tracking information has not been updated within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@seahounddogfood.com

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  •  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
  • If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seahounddogfood.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
